The title, Ylla Dreams, is taken from a chapter title in Ray Bradbury’s the Martian Chronicles.  Like Bradbury’s story, our film explores themes of culture collision and the intertwined nature of the exotic and the erotic. Ylla Dreams is about yearning for new experience, unspoken sympathy between cultures, telepathic communication, and lost opportunity.
